Sometimes when Adobe Acrobat is launched from within another application, the document never shows up.  Why? 

You may need to accept the Adobe Acrobat Reader Software License Agreement hidden behind your web browser.  To do this, just minimize your web screen and find the Adobe window.

What is the difference between http://www.ucok.edu and http://white.ucok.edu?

"www" is an alias of the server "white".  Either URL will take you to the exact same page.  By using the alias - www - you can place the URL on all correspondence and the link will continue to work even if the server name has changed.

How do I change my password on a FrontPage web that has been published to the WHITE server? 

Open the web, Click Tools, Server, Change Password. You will be required to enter the current username and password. Then an html page is displayed where you can again enter your username, old password, new password and confirm the new password. Click Change and you should then get a "successful" message and be returned to the home page of your web. FrontPage will still be open in another window.
