Voice Mail Audix System
Instructions
2) Wait for answer 3) Audix will ask you to enter your extension on the dial pad
followed by a #.
5) Audix will request that you record your name
6) Audix will prompt you to establish a new password.

Audix will inform you if you have any new messages.
1. At the main activity menu press 3 to administer your greeting.
2. Press 5 to record your name... 3. Follow the instructions provided and speak your name. Listen to your name. 4. Press 1 to record your name again if you want to change it. Otherwise, press the # key.
1. While the caller is on the line, press your transfer button (or switch hook) on your set. This will put the caller on hold automatically. 2. Dial the Message Drop Extension, 5100, wait for the system
to answer. Enter the extension of the party you want to connect the caller
