Telephone Procedures

Please follow these procedures when ordering a Multi-line or Single-line phone. If you are needing a cost for phones or other telephone items, see telephone equipment price list.  Voice Mail is free.

1. When ordering a phone for your office:
   • Fill out the work order form
   • Once form is submitted, Telephone Services will send the request form to purchasing.
2. To request a quote for new voice or data wiring, please complete the interactive Telecommunications Wiring Quote Request Form and submit to Technology Support, Box 122.
3. For repair of voice or data wiring, call Technology Support at 974-2255.
4. If you have questions regarding equipment, prices, or items not listed, send either a memo to Telephone Services, Box 147 or call Telephone Office at ext. 2568.
